Duties & Taxes

Additional customs fees may apply if your order is over $1000 NZD. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. Sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia; and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you will be required to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are non-refundable in the event that you return your order.

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order due to these import charges, the parcel will be returned to Bassike. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred by Bassike as a result of the refused delivery will be deducted from your final refund.

Bassike ships worldwide via our international freight partner DHL Express.

Our international shipping charges are:

Free express delivery (3–5 days) for all orders over $300 USD worldwide with DHL International Express.

$25 USD express delivery (3–5 days) for all other orders worldwide with DHL International Express.

Please note that all orders shipped to Israel will incur a shipping charge of $75 USD. This adjustment is due to increased shipping costs and operational expenses associated with developments in the region.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect is available for online purchases at all Bassike stores.

Orders placed before 3pm AEDT will be available for same day collection during normal trading hours.

Click and collect will only appear as a shipping option if all items in your cart are available at that location.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a click and collect confirmation email with your selected location store address and contact information.

You will receive a second email once your order is available for collection in store.

Please present a copy of your click and collect confirmation email, which includes your order number, in store at the time of collection. You may be required to show photo ID.

Our usual online returns policy applies for all click and collect orders. 

Dispatch and Delivery

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Orders may be sent in a split delivery depending on the location of the products purchased.
