our australian postage charges are:
free standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders over $200aud with australia post
$10 standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders under $200aud with australia post
$12.00 express delivery (1-3 business days) in available areas when ordered before 12pm mon-fri
for new zealand shipping, we offer the following option:
free express delivery (2-3 days) for all orders over $300aud new zealand wide with dhl international express
$20.00 express delivery (2-3 days) on all other orders new zealand wide with dhl international express
additional customs fees may apply if the value of your order is over nz$1000
bassike ships worldwide via our international freight partner dhl express.
our international shipping charges are:
free express delivery (3-5 days) for all orders over $300usd worldwide with dhl international express
$25usd express delivery (3-5 days) for all other orders worldwide with dhl international express
please note that all orders shipped to Israel will now incur a shipping charge of $75usd. this adjustment is due to
increased shipping costs and operational expenses associated with developments in the region.
additional customs fees may apply. this charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;
1. sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from australia and;
2. duties charged for processing by your country.
orders are shipped on a delivery duty unpaid (ddu) basis, which means you will be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives in your country. these fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item.
click and collect
click and collect is available for online purchases at all bassike stores.
orders placed before 3pm aest will be available for same day collection during normal trading hours.
click and collect will only appear as a shipping option if all items in your cart are available at that location.
once you have placed your order, you will receive a click and collect confirmation email with your selected location store address and contact information.
you will receive a second email once your order is available for collection in store.
please present a copy of your click and collect confirmation email, which includes your order number, in store at the time of collection. you may be required to show photo id.
our usual online returns policy applies for all click and collect orders.
dispatch and delivery
all orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
