the eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of all bassike websites, including the maintenance of product and content to drive onsite conversion. The eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for online content production, ensuring content meets brand standards and is optimized for website use.
Reporting into the eCommerce Manager, this role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business including marketing, warehouse & logistics, buying & planning, and development & production teams.
Website Management Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the bassike websites ensuring product uploads and enrichment are always accurate and up to date
- Build product and collection descriptions designed to assist the user and optimize SEO for Google rankings
- Maintain product maps to ensure relevant product is live and optimized

Ensure products are uploaded in an efficient manner and to the highest standard,
- optimised to drive sales growth and conversion
- Maintain site search to best present product, offers, and promotions

Coordinate and execute collection launches, key trade and tactical activity to
- ensure go live requirements are delivered in an organised and timely manner

Ensure all content pages are up to date and optimized
Content Production Responsibilities:
- Manage the handover of seasonal ranges, ensuring product is accurate for content purposes
- Coordinate and manage seasonal range to send to external partners for ghosting and flatlay imagery
- Coordinate seasonal eCommerce shoots in collaboration with any other relevant stakeholders
- Attend eCommerce shoots as the representative of the eCommerce team ensuring products are accurately shot in an elevated manner and meet website requirements
- Maintain an accurate seasonal and in-season shoot list to ensure all product is captured in ghost and eCommerce shoots

Coordinate the retouching and resizing of all assets with external partners and QA all assets before upload
Measurement & Reporting:
- Report on and analyse weekly and monthly online trade performance including product performance and seasonal insights
- Monitoring day-to-day performance and proactively identify website optimisation opportunities
- Report on seasonal photoshoots against targets to ensure content production is timely and inline with launch dates
- Monitor and report on performance of marketplaces
Team & People:
- Work collaboratively with ECommerce team members to effectively communicate work in progress and actions
- Work collaboratively with marketing team and assist in the execution of any marketing initiatives online
- Work collaboratively with design, development and production teams to ensure any design/development changes to products have been captured during product shoots
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in communications or a similar field
- Experience with Shopify is desirable
- Strong time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
