We are searching for a results-oriented E Commerce Manager to lead our E commerce team. You will be responsible for accelerating growth across e commerce and managing the operations of all bassike websites. Reporting into the Chief executive officer.
the primary purpose of this role includes:
- Lead the E commerce strategic roadmap.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day trading of bassike.com and marketplaces.
- Identify strategic priorities and levers for growth to deliver commercial objectives and best-in-class digital experience.
- Manage the online operating expenditure to ensure a profitable, sustainable outcome.
- Plan and lead the implementation of digital projects.
- Provide reporting and analysis across e commerce key metrics utilising data to optimise performance and maximise commercial results.Ā
- Monitoring day-to-day performance and proactively identifying website optimisation opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business including marketing, buying & planning, finance and logistics teams.
- Manage agency partners.Ā
- Lead, inspire and develop the ecommerce team.
Ā
the successful applicant will possess:
- 2-3 years experience in an E commerce Managers role.
- Fashion experience preferred but not essential.
-Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape.
-Demonstrate operational expertise in Ecommerce technologies and platforms.
-Experience in managing a team and the effective trading of websites.
-Possess strong Analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Ā
-Proven experience in driving and leading technical teams and liaising with development agencies.
-Experience working with an ERP and integrations to a web platform, AP21 and Shopify preferred but not essential.
