We are searching for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic E-Commerce team. 

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, ensuring best-in-class customer service, merchandising product in a way that reflects tactical activity and sale trends, as well as providing online operational support. 

The primary purpose of this role includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Managing online customer enquiries
  • Managing relationships with Online Platinum, Gold and Silver clients
  • Ensuring best-in-class customer service
  • Website Merchandising
  • Providing online operational support 

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • 1 year experience in a customer service role 
  • Fashion experience preferred but not essential 
  • Friendly and professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel 
  • Strong time management
