we have an exciting opening for a raw materials coordinator to conduct the purchasing and stock control inventory of all bassike fabric and trims. this candidate will work within the production department to ensure we purchase all raw materials accurately, with minimal wastage, to high quality standards and on time to the production calendar. 


the candidate would need to be highly organised, great at coordinating raw material pick and dispatch, strong with numbers/reporting and keen to find proactive repurposing solutions for excess fabrics.


the primary purpose of this role includes: 

  • purchasing of bassike raw materials (fabric and trims)
  • overseeing the accuracy and management of bassike’s raw material (fabric and trim stock inventory)
  • qa and qc of bassike raw materials
  • coordinating raw material pick and dispatch to production factories
  • raw material reporting
  • supervising raw material production assistant

the successful applicant will possess: 

  • skills in excel, numbers or buying
  • fabric technical knowledge
  • fashion experience preferably within production
