Returns

You may return/exchange any purchased item, excluding sale items for purchases within Australia at your own postage cost.

If you would like to return/exchange an item please notify us by email at enquiry@bassike.com within 7 days of purchase date. You will at this stage receive an RA# that needs to be recorded on your returns sheet. The item/s must then be delivered within 7 days of notification email.

To return/exchange an item(s), please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel, you are required to enclose a prepaid post bag so that we can return the item(s) to you. bassike strongly suggests that you use a registered mail such as Express Post so you can track the package. bassike will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end, if no tracking system was used on the package.

New Zealand orders will be charged a standard shipping cost for the return of your garments.

Please use the provided online return/exchange sheet to indicate to us the reason for your return/exchange and any other details that are required of you.

If you would like to exchange colour, size or style please follow the same instruction above.

Sale items are not refundable, and can not be exchanged for different styles. Exchange of colour or size is accepted only within the same style.

All items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached.

bassike is not responsible for any item’s returned/exchanged that are not returned new, unwashed and in unworn condition.  We will not accept your return/exchange if bassike considers the item(s) used.

Return items will have refunds processed within 7-14 days on receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment.
