terms of returns - online

you may return your bassike.com order for a refund, exchange or credit voucher within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

for returns of sale items, we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty. you are welcome to return sale items for an exchange or credit voucher, unless the item is marked as final sale.

returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached. in the interest of hygiene, earrings are not eligible for return.

 

 

terms of returns - in-store

exchange or credit note on goods purchased in-store is permitted within 7 days from date of purchase upon proof of receipt. garments must be returned in their original condition with the swing tag attached, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. no refunds will be given for change of mind unless required by law.

please enter your customer order number in full including any prefix symbols and letters along with your order email address or post code.

please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received. once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email that your refund or exchange has been processed. if your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer care team.

refunds

your refund will be credited to the credit card or paypal account used to make the original order. please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. this can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

if you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new credit voucher valid for 6 months and redeemable at bassike stores and online.

if you have used a split payment of a gift voucher and credit card/afterpay/paypal, your refund will be in the form of a new gift voucher with any remaining balance refunded to your credit card/afterpay/paypal.

sale items may be returned for a credit voucher only, unless marked as final sale.

 

exchanges

we offer free and easy online exchanges if you find your bassike item is not right.

submit your return online and follow the steps to select a new size or item.

as your exchange item will be shipped immediately, you will be required to enter your credit card details and a $1 pre-authorisation will be held until your return item is received and approved by our returns department. once your return is received and approved, the $1 deposit will be released.

we recommend sending your return as soon as possible after submitting your return online, as exchanges received outside of the 14 day return window will be charged in full and returned to your original order address.

if an exchange does not meet the standard bassike return policy, the credit card used for pre-authorisation will also be used to deduct the full value of the original return item. in this instance our customer care team will be in touch and your order will be returned to the original order address. please check your items meet our return policy standards before making a return.

if the item you are hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item’s discount status.

exchanges are offered on all online purchases, excluding items marked as final sale.

 

return freight

we offer free returns on all orders within australia and usa. when returning from new zealand or elsewhere in the world, after submitting your return through our website you will receive the return address to send your item back to us. we recommend using a traceable service as bassike cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

faulty items

we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. if you have received an item with a defect please submit your return via the returns page and contact our customer care team at customercare@bassike.com.

goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.


incorrect items

if you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at customercare@bassike.com.

 

final sale

final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. we recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contactingcustomercare@bassike.comfor assistance, prior to purchasing.

 

a notice will appear in your cart for items that have been marked as final sale, and by purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned. if final sale items have been returned to bassike head office without authorisation, items will be returned to sender.



credit vouchers

upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the value of your return via email. the voucher will include a voucher number and pin to redeem online at checkout or at a bassike store.
 please note credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash.



afterpay purchases

afterpay purchases made in-store are eligible for a credit note exchange only.

any remaining payments will continue to be deducted from your specified payment method by afterpay, and you will receive a credit note for the full purchase amount at the time of the return.

afterpay purchases returned for a refund online will be refunded back through afterpay. in cases where only part of an order is returned for a refund, afterpay will automatically update your payment plan.

if your return is only eligible for a credit voucher, you will be issued this when your return is completed and continue to make any remaining payments through afterpay.
